The Distance Hiking Backpack is a 22-litre alpine and mountaineering pack designed to move with the efficiency of a running vest while carrying enough gear for long mountain days. Weighing just 412 grams, it uses a primary shell of 100-denier nylon and a secondary 200-denier ripstop nylon, with a custom UHMWPE ripstop body fabric for added durability where it counts. The harness uses Stitch-less Edge Taping Technology to improve shoulder strap comfort and reduce weight, and the ventilated back panel helps manage heat on sustained efforts. Organization is thorough: a large front stretch woven pocket, dual side stash pockets, two soft flask pockets, one zip pocket and two stretch shoulder strap pockets, plus an internal zip pocket with a key clip. Dual piolet loops and integrated Z-pole sleeves with on-the-go storage handle technical terrain tools. The pack is carry-on sized, has no hipbelt, and is made in the Philippines.
