About this product
The Gregory Deva 80 Pro is a women's backpacking pack built to handle heavy and bulky loads, with the FreeFloat A3 suspension system featuring anti-barrelling stays that keep weight stable and close to the back. Available in three sizes, it ranges from 75 litres (X-Small) to 85 litres (Medium), with the Small sitting at the nominal 80-litre capacity and a packed weight of 2.35 kg for the X-Small. The main body uses 220-denier nylon with a 420-denier Velocity nylon secondary fabric, and the pack is made in the Philippines from materials that contain recycled content. Access is provided at the top, front, and bottom, with the lower sleeping bag compartment featuring a removable internal divider. Organization is handled by front, side, and lid pockets, water-resistant hipbelt pockets sized for smartphones or GPS units, and a SideWinder water bottle holster. Attachment loops with shock locks accommodate ice axes or trekking poles, and the hydration sleeve fits Gregory's 3D Hydro Trek reservoir (sold separately). Maximum recommended cargo weight is 32 kg.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Gregory Deva 80 Pro for its exceptional comfort under heavy loads, crediting the FreeFloat A3 suspension system and plush hip belt with reducing fatigue on long, rugged trips. The AirCushion back panel earns repeated compliments for genuine breathability and moisture management. Users highlight the generous, well-organized pocketing, including oversized hip belt pockets and the SideWinder bottle holster, as standout practical features. The availability of three torso sizes is frequently noted as a major advantage for achieving a custom fit. The most common criticism is the pack's weight, around 5 to 5.5 pounds depending on size, which some reviewers feel could be trimmed. A few note that the sheer volume of features adds bulk that may not suit those seeking a lighter setup.
