About this product

The Kammok Swiftlet Portable Hammock Stand is a practical solution for hammock enthusiasts who find themselves at campsites or beaches without suitable trees. Built from aluminum tubing with adjustable arms, the frame is compatible with most hammocks and supports up to 181 kg, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of users. It comfortably sleeps one person and can accommodate two in lounge mode, adding versatility beyond solo use. At 6.58 kg, the stand is portable enough for car camping and beach outings without being a burden to transport. A padded travel bag is included, keeping the components organized and protected during transit. The gray finish gives it a clean, understated look. Manufactured in China, the Swiftlet carries SKU 6011-072 and is designed for those who want the comfort of a hammock setup regardless of the surrounding terrain or tree availability.

What people are saying

Reviewers consistently praise the Kammok Swiftlet as one of the lightest and most portable hammock stands available, highlighting its rust-resistant aluminum build, 400 lb weight capacity, and tool-free assembly that is compared to setting up a modern dome tent. The dual lounge and chair modes, achieved by swapping a push-button release bar, are frequently called out as a standout versatility feature. The padded travel bag with a shoulder strap also earns consistent approval. The most common criticism is compatibility: the stand is best suited to shorter lounger-style hammocks, and users with longer hammocks (10 to 11 feet) or fixed ridgelines report that the hammock either drags on the ground or cannot be stretched to a comfortable hang angle. Dedicated hammock campers also note the lack of tarp attachment points and the inability to adjust a head-down hang angle, making it better suited to casual lounging than serious camping use. The premium price is an implicit concern given these limitations.
