The body is constructed from bluesign-approved, 100% recycled high-tenacity nylon with a PFAS-free DWR treatment, while accent panels use recycled 70D nylon and the reinforced bottom relies on recycled 420D nylon. A running-vest-inspired BioStretch harness pairs with a padded hipbelt, both using spacermesh over die-cut foam for breathable contact. The AirScape backpanel combines mesh-covered EVA foam with an Atilon framesheet and offers hook-and-loop torso adjustment spanning up to four inches. Pockets include 500 ml soft-flask-compatible shoulder pockets with stabilization loops, dual zippered hipbelt pockets, a stretch-mesh front shove-it pocket sized for a helmet, dual-access stretch side pockets, and a large zippered phone pocket. Additional features include dual SR-buckled side compression straps, low-profile pole and axe attachments, an external hydration sleeve, and an emergency whistle on the sternum strap.
