About this product
The Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 is a women's performance running shoe built for speed days and race day efforts. At its core is PWRRUN PB foam, an energy-efficient cushioning compound that returns energy with each footstrike, paired with a winged nylon plate that delivers torsional rigidity while allowing forefoot flexibility for a responsive, snappy feel underfoot. The 8mm offset (36mm heel, 28mm forefoot) keeps the ride balanced, while Speedroll technology encourages a natural forward momentum that makes sustained paces feel more effortless. A full-length longitudinal groove runs along the outsole to promote smooth gait transitions and added flexibility. The upper is constructed from a lightweight engineered mesh designed to provide breathability and all-day comfort, and the SRS sockliner adds a refined fit at the foot bed. The shoe is vegan-friendly and incorporates recycled materials in its construction. Customers report the fit runs true to size. The colorway shown is White/Mutant (SKU s11007).

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 for its exceptional versatility, responsive PWRRUN PB foam, and smooth SPEEDROLL rocker that handles everything from easy daily miles to tempo workouts and race day. The redesigned upper earns wide acclaim for improved breathability, a roomier toe box compared to version 4, and secure midfoot lockdown. Experts highlight the nylon plate as delivering a carbon-plated feel at a lower price point. The most common criticisms are the second consecutive price increase, a midsole that can lose its pop over higher mileage, and a ride that, while well-rounded, lacks a distinct specialty that might make it stand out against more focused competitors.
