The Gregory Baltoro Pro 100L is a men's internal-frame backpacking pack built for extended, self-supported four-season trips into the backcountry. Its 105-liter capacity (6,407 cu in) and 34 kg (75 lb) maximum carry weight make it well suited to heavy loads, while the pack itself weighs 2.76 kg (6.08 lbs). The frame combines an alloy steel perimeter wire, a fiberglass anti-barreling cross-stay, and an HDPE sheet for stable load management. Gregory's Float A3 suspension system features auto-rotating dual-density shoulder harnesses and a patented FreeFloat hipbelt that flex with natural walking movements; the hipbelt fits waists from 30 to 52 inches and the adjustable torso accommodates an 18 to 21 inch fit range. The AirCushion mesh backpanel uses a 3D open-air structure for on-the-back breathability, and all suspension components carry Polygiene odor-control treatment. Materials include 210D and 420D high-density recycled nylon on the pack body and a 630D nylon bottom panel, all finished with PFAS-free C0 DWR.
