Underfoot, the exclusive Moab 3 footbed contours to the foot for a more comfortable stride, while a Super Rebound Compound midsole delivers durable shock absorption and supports a smooth transition into the midfoot. A molded nylon arch shank adds structure, and Merrell Air Cushion technology in the heel absorbs impact and improves stability. The Vibram TC5+ outsole, formulated exclusively for Merrell, provides reliable traction across varied terrain. Protective rubber caps at the heel and toe resist abrasion. This generation also incorporates recycled materials throughout its construction, making it the most environmentally conscious Moab to date.
