About this product
The Pulse Belt is a trail running waist belt designed to stay secure whether you are on a quick city run or a longer technical trail. Weighing just 62 g (2.19 oz) and offering a 0.79 l total volume, it keeps your load minimal without sacrificing storage. The body is constructed from 85% Polyamide and 15% Elastane, while the back body uses 87% Polyamide and 13% Elastane, together delivering a lightweight, breathable 4-way stretch fabric that conforms closely to the body. The buckle-free tubular construction relies on stretch fabrics and precise stitching to reduce bouncing and improve stability at pace. Two horizontal stretch pockets each accommodate a 500 ml hydration flask, and a concealed pocket secures personal items via an improved, ultra-durable zip. Two diagonal straps with silicone grip allow you to stow a jacket or poles on the go. Reflective details, elastic jersey construction, and a PFC-free finish round out the practical feature set. Available in size XS.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Salomon Pulse Belt for its impressive stability and minimal bounce, with many noting they forget it is there during runs. Its surprisingly large storage capacity for such a lightweight, minimalist design is a recurring highlight, as it can fit a 500ml soft flask, a phone, gels, and small layers. The four-way stretch fabric earns consistent compliments for breathability and comfort, and the belt is widely considered excellent value for its price. The most common criticisms are occasional ride-up during lighter loads or speedwork, and a feeling of tightness on runs exceeding two hours. Some reviewers also note the lack of a dedicated key loop as a minor design gap. Most agree it is best suited for short to medium-length runs rather than all-day efforts.
