About this product
The Mountain Hardwear Lamina Long sleeping bag in Clematis Blue is a women's standard mummy-cut bag built for camping in cold conditions, rated to a temperature comfort of 30 F (-1 C) with an EN T-Limit of 20 F (-7 C) and an EN T-Extreme of -11 F (-24 C). Its proprietary welded Lamina construction eliminates cold spots and enhances loft, while zoned TemperLite synthetic insulation concentrates warmth where it matters most. The 20D polyester ripstop shell carries a DWR finish and is PFAS-free, and the 20D plain weave nylon lining keeps the interior smooth and comfortable. At approximately 2 lb 8.3 oz (1142 g) total with a fill weight of 1 lb 12 oz (793 g), the bag compresses to 15.5 by 7.5 inches (553 cubic inches, 9.1 liters). A shaped draft collar, tailored hood, and two-way anti-snag zipper with a glow-in-the-dark pull round out the design. Left-hand and right-hand zipper options allow zip-together pairing, and the bag fits users up to 72 inches tall. A nylon compression sack and mesh storage sack are included.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Mountain Hardwear Lamina 30F Women's Long for its reliable warmth, with the temperature rating considered accurate for shoulder-season camping. The seamless, baffle-free Lamina construction earns repeated credit for eliminating cold spots and providing a smooth, comfortable interior. Its synthetic insulation is a standout advantage, maintaining warmth even in wet or humid conditions where down bags can fail. The bag is also widely regarded as a strong value for its price point. The most common complaints center on bulk and weight: reviewers note it is noticeably heavier and less packable than comparable down bags, making it better suited for car camping or base camping than long-distance backpacking.
