About this product
The Peak Performance Trail Hipe 2.5 Layer Shell Jacket is a women's outdoor shell built for trail hiking and everyday active use. Its core fabric is a 2.5-layer construction using Hipe 4-way stretch plain weave technology, rated at 10,000mm waterproofness and 10,000g per square metre per 24 hours of breathability, making it a capable choice in wet and windy conditions. The face fabric blends 51% recycled polyester with 49% standard polyester, while both the membrane and back are 100% polyurethane. A one-way width-adjustable hood accommodates various helmet types, and the full-front reversed YKK coil zipper keeps weather out effectively. Fit is regular with a straight hem, articulated sleeves for freedom of movement, an adjustable drawcord at the bottom hem, and velcro-adjustable sleeve cuffs. Zippered hand pockets add practical storage. The jacket is made without intentionally added PFAS, and the face fabric incorporates recycled polyester content for a lower environmental footprint.
