About this product
The North Face Antora Rain Pants are a men's waterproof shell pant built for wet-weather outdoor use. The 2-layer DryVent construction combines waterproof and breathable performance with fully seam-sealed stitching, and the 100% recycled nylon ripstop fabric carries a PFC-free Durable Water-Repellent treatment to shed moisture without relying on harmful fluorochemicals. The relaxed fit is complemented by articulated knees for natural movement on the trail, while an elastic waist with an internal drawstring lets you dial in the fit. A locking buckle at the center back waistband adds further security. Welt pockets with security zippers keep small essentials protected, and a leg-bottom zipper makes it straightforward to pull the pants on and off over boots. Hook-and-loop adjustment at each leg opening allows for a customizable seal. A heat-transfer logo sits above the right knee, keeping the profile clean and snag-free.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Antora Rain Pants for their reliable waterproofing in light to moderate rain, lightweight feel, and versatility across activities like hiking, cycling, golf, and everyday use. The DryVent 2-layer construction and fully seamed construction earn frequent compliments, and most users find the relaxed fit comfortable enough to layer over other pants or base layers. The ankle zips, which allow the pants to slip on over boots, are also a noted convenience. On the downside, the most common complaints are that the fit runs quite relaxed (some find it excessively baggy), the waist can feel snug and may require sizing up, and the 2-layer fabric can struggle in prolonged heavy downpours. A few long-term users have also flagged durability concerns, including seam ripping after extended use. Overall, reviewers consider these a solid value for a budget-friendly rain pant.
