About this product

The North Face Women's Antora Rain Parka is built for wet and windy conditions, whether on hiking trails or urban streets. Its DryVent 2L shell is constructed from 128 g/m² 100% recycled polyester ripstop with a non-PFC DWR finish, delivering waterproof and windproof protection with a breathability rating suited to moderate activity. Fully seam-sealed construction keeps moisture out, while the 50 g/m² 100% recycled polyester mesh body lining adds comfort against the skin. The standard fit features an attached, adjustable three-piece hood with a drawcord and cord locks, a storm flap with hook-and-loop closure over the centre-front zip, and secure-zip hand pockets in an alpine-style layout. An internal cinch-cord at the hem and a drop-tail hem allow for a customizable, protective fit. Heat transfer logos appear on the left chest and back-right shoulder. Available in Periwinkle Glow (model NF0A8BKC), this parka uses fully recycled materials throughout its shell and lining.

What people are saying

Reviewers consistently praise the Antora Rain Parka for its reliable waterproofing, thigh-length coverage, and versatile town-to-trail styling that works equally well for commuting and casual outdoor use. The adjustable hood earns particular compliments for keeping faces dry, and the recycled DryVent fabric is seen as a solid value at its price point. The most common complaint, raised across nearly every review source, is that the pockets are positioned too high, making them awkward to use and unflattering when loaded. Breathability is a recurring criticism from expert testers, who found it poorly suited for active pursuits like hiking. Sizing inconsistency is also noted, with some finding it runs small and others finding it generous. The jacket does not pack into a pocket, which limits its appeal as a travel layer.
