About this product
The Vallier Vika II Packable Down Jacket is a refined iteration of the brand's versatile women's down jacket, designed in Montreal and built for packable, everyday warmth. The shell is constructed from a lightweight ripstop fabric made of 100% recycled nylon, treated with a PFC-free DWR coating and certified by Pertex, bluesign, and the Global Recycled Standard. Insulation comes from 90/10 grey goose down rated at 700 fill power and certified to the Responsible Down Standard, offering a solid warmth-to-weight ratio suited to cool to cold conditions. An ergonomic, adjustable hood with a rear drawstring, articulated sleeves, hidden elastic cuffs, and a hem drawstring contribute to a comfortable, mobile fit. The jacket compresses into its own inner pocket for easy packing and travel. Additional details include an inner storage pocket and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification for the materials used. Care is straightforward: machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Sizing runs true to size according to customer feedback.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Vallier Vika II Packable Down Jacket for its lightweight feel, impressive packability, and flattering fit that avoids a bulky, oversized look. The quality of construction and attractive color options are frequently highlighted, and buyers appreciate how well it works as a travel or on-the-go layer. The most common criticism is that the jacket runs warmer as a three-season or transitional piece rather than a true winter coat, with some buyers finding it less warm than expected for cold-weather use. Sizing is generally reported as true to fit.
