At just 5 oz (142 g) and packing down to a compact 2 x 4.5 x 9 in (5 x 11 x 23 cm), it adds minimal weight and bulk to a bikepacking kit. The footprint is compatible specifically with Fly Creek HV UL1 models that feature Tiplok tent buckles, which allow for secure and straightforward attachment. Beyond floor protection, it enables a Fast Fly shelter configuration, where the tent body is left behind and only the fly, poles, stakes, and footprint are carried, reducing overall pack weight on the trail. The footprint is finished in gray.
