About this product
The Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL1 Footprint is a purpose-built ground cloth designed to protect the floor of the Tiger Wall UL1 tent and compatible mtnGLO tents equipped with Tiplok Tent Buckles. Constructed from nylon ripstop with a 1200mm silicone-treated waterproof polyurethane coating, it provides a durable barrier between the tent floor and abrasive or wet ground surfaces, helping to extend the life of your shelter over time. At just 4 oz (113 g) and packing down to a compact 7 x 4.5 x 1 in (18 x 11 x 3 cm), it adds minimal weight and bulk to a backpacking kit. The footprint also supports a Fast Fly configuration, allowing you to set up a lightweight shelter using only the footprint, fly, poles, and stakes, leaving the tent body at home. This is a prior-season version in gray.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently treat the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL1 Footprint as a near-essential companion to the tent, noting that the ultra-thin floor material is vulnerable to punctures without it. The Fast Fly setup, which pairs the footprint with just the fly and poles for a minimalist shelter, is frequently cited as a genuine bonus for weight-conscious backpackers. The footprint is praised for being lightweight and easy to pack alongside the tent. The most common complaint is that the footprint does not extend to cover the vestibule area, something users notice when comparing it to competing designs. Compatibility with older Tiger Wall models is also flagged as a potential concern.
