About this product
The Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL1 Footprint is a purpose-built ground cloth designed to protect the floor of the Tiger Wall UL1 tent and compatible mtnGLO tents equipped with Tiplok Tent Buckles. Constructed from nylon ripstop with a 1200mm silicone-treated waterproof polyurethane coating, it provides a durable barrier between the tent floor and abrasive or wet ground surfaces, helping to extend the life of your shelter over time. At just 4 oz (113 g) and packing down to a compact 7 x 4.5 x 1 in (18 x 11 x 3 cm), it adds minimal weight and bulk to a backpacking kit. The footprint also supports a Fast Fly configuration, allowing you to set up a lightweight shelter using only the footprint, fly, poles, and stakes, leaving the tent body at home. This is a prior-season version in gray.

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise the Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL1 Footprint for its ultralight weight (just 4 oz) and its ability to protect the tent's thin, delicate floor from punctures on rough terrain, with users noting the floor is vulnerable enough that the footprint is considered nearly essential. The Fast Fly configuration, which allows pitching just the fly and footprint for a lighter shelter, is also a well-regarded bonus. The most common complaint is that the footprint covers only the tent body floor and does not extend to include the vestibule area, unlike some competing footprints. Some users also note compatibility limitations, as full Fast Fly functionality requires a tent made after 2021 with Tiplok buckles.
