About this product

The Chrome Industries Seatbelt Buckle in Rainbow (style 6035-843) is a large-sized accessory that draws on the brand's signature seatbelt-inspired hardware aesthetic. Finished in a gold rainbow colorway, it reflects Chrome's roots in functional, urban-oriented gear design. Made in China, this buckle is offered in a large size, making it a bold and recognizable accent for those familiar with the brand's distinctive closure system. The rainbow finish adds a vivid, eye-catching quality to an otherwise utilitarian piece of hardware. Whether used as a replacement or a standalone accessory, it carries the sturdy, purposeful character that Chrome Industries is known for incorporating into its product lineup.

What people are saying

Reviewers consistently praise the larger LG (2") Seatbelt Buckle for its satisfying click, eye-catching look, and practical quick-release design that lets users put on and take off their bag without lifting it overhead. The swappable system and wide color selection are frequently highlighted as fun customization perks, and the built-in bottle opener is a noted bonus. One expert review points out that the metal components can be noisy, clinking against each other during movement. The most common complaint centers on the smaller SM (1.5") size, where multiple buyers describe the aluminum as feeling thin and flimsy for the price. Compatibility is also a recurring concern, as the buckles only fit 2024-and-later Chrome bag models.
