It combines two core technologies: Pertex Diamond Fuse fabric, which delivers lightweight durability for moving through rugged terrain, and AscentShell technology, which provides fully seam-taped waterproof protection with exceptional breathability. Rated highly for breathability (5 out of 5) and rain protection (4 out of 5), this hard shell is designed to perform where heavier jackets fall short. The standard fit is cut for high mobility and low bulk, layering efficiently over harnesses and under backpacks. Key features include a wire-brim hood with Hoodlock for a customizable fit with or without a helmet, Dynamic Reach underarm panels for unrestricted movement, adjustable cuffs that seal against weather or accommodate large gloves, an exterior chest pocket, an internal chest pocket, and an adjustable drawcord hem.
