About this product
The North Face Girls' North Down Hooded Jacket is a standard-fit cold-weather layer built from 100% recycled polyester. Its Heatseeker Eco synthetic insulation uses hollow fibers to deliver reliable warmth (rated 4 out of 5) while keeping the jacket lightweight and durable. A non-PVC DWR finish adds a degree of water resistance, helping shed light moisture on blustery days. The attached three-piece hood features elastic binding, as do the cuffs and hem, for a secure, comfortable fit, while raglan sleeves allow a full range of motion. A stormflap with hook-and-loop closure protects the main VISLON zipper, which also includes a chin guard for added comfort. Storage is handled by one zippered pocket and two hand pockets. Finishing details include horizontal stitching, heat-transfer logos on the left chest and right back shoulder, and an ID label. Available in TNF Black in Extra Small (model NF0A88UD).

What people are saying
Reviewers consistently praise this jacket for its warmth, lightweight feel, and stylish design, noting that girls are genuinely excited to wear it. The 600-fill recycled down and insulated hood earn frequent compliments for keeping kids cozy on cold school days and outdoor activities. The vibrant color options and overall look are a recurring highlight, with many parents noting their daughters receive compliments. Sizing runs generously, so reviewers often recommend sizing down. The most common complaint involves washability, with some noting the jacket does not hold up as well after washing. A few buyers also mention popular colorways selling out quickly, making restocking a frustration.
